Paid Advertising,
featuring pop-up Advocacy Animation tiles, urged Congress to pass "Tauzin-Dingell" on the most prestigious and heavily traveled policy/information web site -- NationalJournal.com. The Advocacy Animations were designed to be viewed using a broadband connection -- more color and audio elements. The animations set a "click-through" record for the site -- averaging over eight times the average "click-through" rate for normal advocacy banner advertisements.   Educating Policy Makers

E-Mail Recruiting.
A major automotive and recreation coalition emailed two animated banners to a qualified list of 90,000 addresses and prompted an astounding 24,000 separate visits to the coalition's web site. At the host web site, recruits viewed a tailored "small file/dial-up user" Advocacy Animation message and were invited to make a direct contact to their Senator regarding a critical vote. 9,400 direct contacts were made through the subsequent steps. These response numbers are regarded as phenomenal (on-half percent click-through is average for e-mail campaigns).   Recruiting/Activating
